Where is the Sexual and Reproductive Health Hub?

The Sexual and Reproductive Health Hub is located within the South West Medical Centre. This is located within the Community Health Building at 287 Koroit Street, Warrnambool.

Who will I see?

Nicole McCarthy is our Sexual and Reproductive Health Nurse. She will be your main contact when visiting the Hub.

  • Do I need a referral from my Doctor to access this service?

    A referral is not required, and clients can self refer. When booking an appointment, clients will need to ring South West Medical Centre, so we ask that you specifically request an appointment with the SRH Hub by phoning 03 5563 4370.

  • Are there costs associated?

    Clients attending SRH Hub will be free of charge for their appointment with the Sexual and Reproductive Health Nurse and will have standard medical costs when there is a GP consultation.
